Integrate external systems with out-of-the-box applications and your custom applications by using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft

Leverage BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft to easily integrate out-of-the-box and custom applications with other external applications. Define the APIs without having to write code or run an integration controller. Leverage these APIs in the business process of your application multiple times without having to rebuild the integration for each application or use.

Unified licensing model for BMC Helix Innovation Suite

BMC Helix Innovation Suite supports a common licensing model to enable developers to create applications in BMC Helix Innovation Studio and Developer Studio.

BMC Helix Dashboards the default platform for dashboards and viewing reports

BMC Helix Dashboards is the reporting platform available for new customers. BMC Helix Dashboards is a SaaS service on the BMC Helix Portal that offers unified reporting and gives you a consolidated view of data from applications across your environment.

BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting will not be available to new customers. However, after upgrading to BMC Helix Innovation Studio version 21.3, the existing customers will continue to get access to BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting.

Seamless authentication of users from BMC Helix ITSM to BMC Helix Knowledge Management

Users in BMC Helix ITSM have seamless access to knowledge articles in BMC Helix Knowledge Management. Knowledge workers can view or edit the knowledge articles according to the company, visibility group, and KCS role assigned to them.

To set the end users’ knowledge access permissions, administrators can edit the mapping between companies and visibility groups in BMC Helix ITSM with BMC Helix Knowledge Management portals and user groups.
