Troubleshooting integration service connection issues

By default the user credentials for the BMC Helix Integration Service connection are configured automatically when a sandbox is provisioned. If you face issues with the BMC Helix Integration Service connection, verify the user credentials provided for the BMC Helix Integration Service connection. An administrator can modify the user credentials for the BMC Helix Integration Service.

To modify the user credentials

  1. Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio and navigate to the Administration tab.
  2. Select Integrations > Integration service authentication.
  3. As needed, modify the URL, user name, or password, and save the changes.
