Onboarding and implementing BMC Helix Innovation Suite
Before you make BMC Helix Innovation Suite available to the users in your company, as an administrator, complete the following system configurations:

1 | Share system access details and user credentials. | BMC sends you an activation email that contains environment details and system information like login URL and administrator credentials. Important: Out-of-the-box BMC Helix Single Sign-On is configured to use the user accounts within a AR System for authentication. However, if you are using SAML-based authentication within your organization and want to configure BMC Helix Single Sign-On to use that for authentication, you must submit a request to BMC Support for the BMC Helix Single Sign-On configuration with SAML. |

6 | Onboard users from the Customer Onboarding UI in the BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting Administration console for your applications to create a data source for your BMC Helix ITSM: Smart Reporting reports. Add users for accessing reports, populate the data source, and give access to users. | |
Developer - Develop the applications | ||
7 | Create a codeless application by using BMC Helix Innovation Studio. You can also create applications by using Developer Studio. |
