Collection nicknames in Catalog Manager
With BMC AMI Catalog Manager for Db2 , you can have more than one indirect catalog. Each indirect catalog requires a unique collection ID.

The following table shows examples of collection IDs and potential nicknames. Assume that the IDs are on test system DB2T and access indirect copies of production systems DB2P1 AND DB2P2.
Examples of collection nicknames

The nickname can be up to 13 characters long and cannot contain any blanks.
