Updating or deleting flows

You can update a flow to modify its behavior or delete a flow that is not longer required. The following rules apply to updating and deleting flows:

Flow typeWho can update or delete a flow
Personal flow

Only the user who created the personal flow can update or delete the flow.

Catalog flow

Only a tenant administrator can update or delete a catalog flow.

If a catalog flow is published from a personal flow, the user can update the personal flow and re-publish it. If a catalog flow is currently in use, the user cannot update its trigger conditions and field mappings.

Deleting a catalog flow does not impact end users who have used the flow as a template for their personal flow.

Tenant-level flowAll administrators in a tenant can update or delete tenant-level flows.
