Troubleshooting connector configuration issues
The following tables explain common troubleshooting scenarios related to connector configurations and the ways to address the connector configuration issues.
Connectivity issues
If a connector is unable to connect to a third-party application, review the following possibilities:
Possible cause | Corrective action |
---|---|
No sites are configured The following messages might be displayed:
| Configure at least one site. See Installing and configuring sites to run on-premises connectors and Adding or updating a configuration. |

| Restart Integration Controller for the required site by restarting Docker on the server where Integration Controller is installed. To restart Integration Controller, run the following command:
For more information, see the docker restart topic on the Docker documentation portal. |
A site selected for a connector configuration is incorrect | Verify the site selected for the connector configuration and specify correct site. |
A third-party application or service is not available | Wait until the application or service is available. |
If a site is in the Not Installed status | Verify that a firewall does not prevent connection between Integration Controller and a third-party application. |
A connector does not run on Integration Controller | Check the status of Integration Controller. For more information, see Installing and configuring sites to run on-premises connectors.
|
An on-premises connector is down | Restart the required on-premises connector directly from the Sites page. For more information, see Installing and configuring sites to run on-premises connectors. Note: This option applies only to the connectors deployed on-site, and not in the cloud. |
