Troubleshooting connector configuration issues

The following tables explain common troubleshooting scenarios related to connector configurations and the ways to address the connector configuration issues.

Connectivity issues

If a connector is unable to connect to a third-party application, review the following possibilities:

Check the status of Integration Controller. For more information, see Installing and configuring sites to run on-premises connectors.

  • If the status is other than Impaired, verify that the connector is configured for the site.
  • If the status is Impaired, disable and then re-enable the configuration for the site. If the connector still does not run on the site, contact BMC Support.
An on-premises connector is down

Restart the required on-premises connector directly from the Sites page. For more information, see Installing and configuring sites to run on-premises connectors.

Note: This option applies only to the connectors deployed on-site, and not in the cloud.
