This section describes issues that you might encounter while accessing sandbox.
Troubleshooting user account locked error
If you get this error when you try to access the BMC Helix Innovation Suite URL, you can do either of the following:
- Use the Unlock Account button on the sandbox Details page.
- Log in through the midtier using your administrator account and open the User form to reset the password of the developer account.
Troubleshooting BMC Helix Innovation Studio access authorization issues
You are trying to login to the BMC Helix Innovation Studio using your admin account instead of your developer account. Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio by using your developer account credentials.
