The following table lists the deprecated features that you should avoid using as your code might break in the future.

Version Summary
17.8.0

The following features are deprecated with the Innovation Suite SDK ( com.bmc.arsys.rx.sdk-17.8.0.zip):

  • Selection field in record instance displays the options as text values

    Currently, the Selection field in the record instance displays the options as text values. In future release, the Selection field in the record instance will display options as integer values to the users.

  • RecordService.getRecordInstances() method

    The RecordService.getRecordInstances() method gets a record Instance using the record definition name and the record instance ID. If your framework, that is, any rule or business process is using the RecordService.getRecordInstances() method, ensure that you remove all instances of this method. To retrieve a record instance by using the record definition name and record instance ID, use the RecordService.getRecordInstancesDataPage() method.
