Paragraph labels
Paragraph labels are identified by a 1-character to 32-character name, ended by a colon (:).
The label name must start with an alphabetic character and may be specified at any line column. The script line containing the label can also contain other script statements.
Labels are relevant within one JCL script only; the same label name may be used in multiple scripts. The GOTO statement may reference labels to alter the processing sequence within a script.
