Integrations developed by Jitterbit for BMC Helix ITSM applications

Jitterbit has developed several integration templates for BMC Helix that are available to BMC Helix iPaaS customers. Integration templates developed by Jitterbit are similar to the integration templates developed by BMC on BMC Helix iPaaS. They are unidirectional pre-built integration projects that provide specific use cases for sharing data between BMC Helix ITSM and other third-party applications. Integration templates, developed by BMC, can be unidirectional or bidirectional integrations.
