Use integration templates to easily integrate applications. Integration templates developed by BMC are available to BMC Helix iPaaS customers. This topic provides a list of out-of-the-box integration templates available with:

Integration templates developed by Jitterbit are similar to the integration templates developed by BMC on BMC Helix iPaaS. They are unidirectional pre-built integration projects that provide specific use cases for sharing data between BMC Helix ITSM and other third-party applications.
