Getting started

BMC Helix iPaaS is an iPaaS solution that offers connectors and out-of-the box integrations to address advanced business process and system integration challenges for digital enterprises. You can leverage the potential of BMC Helix iPaaS to integrate BMC Helix applications with other third-party applications with ease. 

BMC Helix iPaaS provides integration capabilities for BMC products by using multiple integration technologies. BMC has developed connectors and integration templates on the following platforms: 

• Jitterbit Harmony API Integration Platform 

• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform™ 

BMC Helix iPaaS provides multiple generic technology based connectors like HTTP, SOAP, FTP and so on, that allow quick integrations beyond the application specific branded connectors. The platforms already provide out-of-the box connectors for BMC Helix Business Workflows, BMC Helix Operations Management, and BMC Helix IT Service Management.
