Processes in the onboarding solution

The onboarding solution contains out-of-the-box processes that are run to create and update cases, view the hardware and assets for the onboarding requests, and also update onboarding requests.

The processes contain input and output parameters, and other properties.

Onboarding Request - Create Case

      This process creates case using Case Interface - Create process. The Case Template ID is fetched by querying Onboarding - Location Template Mapping form.
