Configuring integration with BMC Remedy Single Sign-On

To use the  Remedy Single Sign-On feature, you need to install RSSO and integrate it with the components of your system. You can install and integrate RSSO only when an integrated component is installed.

Simple deployment
  1. Install BMC Remedy Single Sign-On.
  2. Integrate BMC Remedy Sigle Sign-On with BMC Remedy AR System Server.
  3. Integrate BMC Remedy Sigle Sign-On with BMC Remedy Mid Tier.
  4. Integrate BMC Remedy Single Sign-On with BMC MyT.

Note:

If you have several Mid Tier servers, integrate BMC Remedy Sigle Sign-On with each Mid Tier.

Deployment with BMC Remedy ITSM on a single server

Deployment with BMC Remedy ITSM on separate servers

  1. Install BMC Remedy Single Sign-On.
  2. Integrate BMC Remedy Sigle Sign-On with BMC Remedy AR System server where BMC HR Case Management is installed.
  3. Integrate BMC Remedy Sigle Sign-On with BMC Remedy AR System server where BMC Remedy ITSM is installed.
  4. Integrate BMC Remedy Sigle Sign-On with all BMC Remedy Mid Tier servers that you have.
  5. Integrate BMC Remedy Single Sign-On with BMC MyT.

Note:

If you have several Mid Tier servers, integrate BMC Remedy Sigle Sign-On with each Mid Tier.
