Onboarding services for BMC Helix services are offered by BMC Global Services and select trusted partners under a separate statement of work. These services usually include any combination of: 

• business requirements validation
• data definition workshops
• gap analysis
• report design and development
• data archive strategy
• integration design and development
• application configuration
• customization design and development
• user acceptance testing support
• system documentation
• developer, administrator and end user training
• deployment activities 

The statement of work should define the work to be performed as well as the roles and responsibilities of each party during the onboarding phase.
