This topic provides BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker customers with information specific to service operations. BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker is a ticket-brokering add-on service for BMC Helix ITSM with BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit, or powered by MuleSoft, as the underlying technology.

Customers must have BMC Helix ITSM and one of the BMC Helix iPaaS services (powered by Jitterbit or powered by MuleSoft) to use BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker service.

Licensing

The BMC Multi-Cloud Broker service is available with the purchase of any of the following line items from your ordering document:

BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Brokerper instance - SaaS
BMC Multi-Cloud Broker on AWS (FedRAMP)
per instance - SaaS
BMC Multi-Cloud Broker on AWS (DoD Impact Level 4)per instance - SaaS
BMC Multi-Cloud Broker on AWS (DoD Impact Level 5)per instance - SaaS

Please refer to Service locations for available datacenter locations.  

With the "per instance - SaaS" unit of measurement, an instance refers to a unique production implementation of the service.

Additional license terms

The following additional terms apply to the BMC Multi-Cloud Broker service:

  • Licensing terms and conditions are as defined in the governing master agreement and take precedence over any published description from this site.
  • Entitlements are subject to change.
  • Non-production environments are configured with the same license capacity as the production environment. 
  • Purchased licenses are only valid on one production environment.

Your purchase of BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker provides the following environments:

      Yes!  As Katie also noted below you must have one of the iPaaS services to leverage Helix MCB.
