Licensing
BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround standalone is available with the purchase of any of the following line items from your ordering document:

With the "per named user - SaaS" unit of measurement, each named user accessing the application has an assigned license that is not available to other users.
Note
If you have the BMC Helix Virtual Agent Advanced license, you don't need to subscribe to BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround. The knowledge management capabilities are included in the BMC Helix Virtual Agent Advanced license.
Reminders
- For BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround standalone, data is stored in Azure data centers. Please view our Service Locations page for details.

Additional license terms
The following additional terms apply to the BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround:
- Licensing terms and conditions are as defined in the governing master agreement and take precedence over any published description from this site.
- Entitlements are subject to change.
- Non-production environments are configured with the same license capacity as the production environment.
- Purchased licenses are only valid on one production environment.
- **Subscription service licenses are required for Knowledge Workers only; named users with read-only access do not require a license.
- There is a minimum purchase of 25 licenses with the purchase of any BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround subscriptions
Standard environments
Your purchase of BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround provides the following environment:
