With the "per named user - SaaS" unit of measurement, each named user configured for access to the application has an assigned license that is not available to other users. Named users are counted from the ITSM User form and are consuming a license regardless of how often they log into the system.
With the "per active user - SaaS" unit of measurement, an active user represents an individual who has a unique login ID assigned, and who at least once during the calendar month logs into or connects to the subscription service. Active users are counted on a monthly basis.
With the "per Self-Registered User - SaaS" unit of measurement, a self-registered user represents an external individual who registers for access to the application themselves and logs into, or connects, with the subscription service at least once during the calendar month. Self-registered users are counted on a monthly basis.

If you are a Digital Workplace administrator and wish to configure locales on your own, see Localizing titles and messages.
When I click on the Localizing titles and messages I get a forbidden message. This is under supported languages> BMC Helix Digital Workplace services
Are the "License entitlements" up-to-date? Isn't Catalog now included with ITSM ? How about approvals and mobile access, these are available in basic too, are they not ?
Hello Alexis,
Thank you for the feedback. We have updated the license entitlements.
