Onboarding and implementing

BMC Helix Service Monitoring is a subscription-based service available on BMC Helix Portal.  It enables you to monitor system health, reduce event noise, perform probable cause analysis for impacted services, and boosts the remediation opportunities with machine learning and automation analytics of your integrated environment.

Launch BMC Helix Service Monitoring

When your account is created, you receive a URL and the credentials to log in to BMC Helix Portal.

Start monitoring

Start monitoring key performance indicators, services, and situations. 

Time zone and locale preferences

In BMC Helix Service Monitoring, the time zone and locale preferences are inherited from your browser preferences. For example, if your browser time zone is set to UTC, the BMC Helix Service Monitoring console displays the UTC time.
