Monitoring service impact and situations by using AIOps

You can monitor and investigate the ML-based situations and perform ML-based root cause isolation of an impacted service when you enable the AI/ML-powered AIOps features. After you enable the AIOps features, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Monitor health of key business services
  • Determine the ML-based root cause of an impact
  • Reduce event noise through ML-based situation analysis
  • Create automation policies and remediate services and situations
