Update

The following update is provided with this patch:

Ability to restrict access to the external AR System server when leveraging it as a data source

BMC Helix Platform supports Remedy Action Request System (AR System) as an external data source. As an administrator, you can restrict user access to the AR System server.

For example, when an application is in the development phase, you can provide super user access to the developer to access data from AR System. After creating the application, you can choose to restrict the access to the AR System server to the currently logged in user's permissions.
