Onboarding and implementing
After you subscribe to BMC Helix Platform, BMC sends you the details of the systems configured for you through an email. The out-of-the-box setup does not include any data, and therefore administrators must perform a few steps to set up their BMC Helix Platform environment. You can tailor the environment according to your organizational requirements.

Important: Out-of-the-box Remedy Single Sign-On is configured to use the user accounts within a BMC Remedy AR System server for authentication. However, if you are using SAML-based authentication within your organization and want to configure Remedy SSO to use that for authentication, you must submit a request to BMC Support for the Remedy SSO configuration with SAML. |
