Leveraging cognitive and conversation capabilities by using your own cognitive provider
The goal of this use case is to leverage the cognitive and conversational services in BMC Helix Platform by using your own cognitive service provider.
Scenario
As an end user, I have already purchased the appropriate IBM Watson services from IBM, and procured the appropriate SKU from BMC SaaS Operations. I want to consume BMC Helix Cognitive Automation to leverage conversation capabilities in an application by using the BMC Helix Platform chatbot framework.
Instead of purchasing IBM Watson services from BMC SaaS Operations for using BMC Helix Cognitive Automation, I can configure and use the IBM Watson services that I have purchased directly from IBM.
