Configuring the TrueSight Orchestration cloud connector

Important

The cloud connector for this application is will be disabled until further notice. BMC recommends that you configure the on-premises connector instead. For more information, see Configuring the TrueSight Orchestration connector.

As an automation engineer, you configure the cloud connector to establish a connection between BMC Helix Intelligent Automation and TrueSight Orchestration.

Note

You can connect to TrueSight Orchestration by using the cloud connector only if your BMC Helix Intelligent Automation is deployed as an on-premises BMC Helix IT Operations Management deployment. If your automation tool is not publicly accessible, you must download and install a plugin in your local environment to grant access to BMC Helix Intelligent Automation. For more information, see Configuring the TrueSight Orchestration connector.

  3. Enter a unique name.

  5. Enter the username and password required to access the Grid Manager.
