License usage by Requester - Summary report

As a tenant administrator, view the License Usage by Requester - Summary report to monitor the license consumption of BMC Helix Business Workflows. The report displays the number of Active users in your company that use BMC Helix Business Workflows. Active users are the unique users who have created cases in BMC Helix Business Workflows.

By tracking the number of active users, you can ensure the following items:

• Compliance with the license agreement that you signed with BMC Software
• Appropriate use of the licenses to avoid over or under utilization of licenses

By default, the following data is displayed:

• Year
• Month
• Company
• Count of Active Users

You can use the Date or Company filter to view users for the selected period or company.
