Onboarding and implementing
BMC Helix AIOps helps your organization to monitor system health, reduce event noise, perform root cause isolation for impacted services, and boost remediation opportunities. It leverages machine learning and the automation analytics of your integrated environments. After your subscription is activated, the tenant administrator performs the following tasks:
When your account is created, you receive a URL and the credentials to log in to BMC Helix Portal.
Configure your identity provider to set up more users and user groups, and assign specific permissions to them. User management functions are performed in BMC Helix Portal.
(Optional) Depending on your requirements to monitor services and situations from third-party product in BMC Helix AIOps, configure BMC and third-party integrations by using BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations or BMC Helix Developer Tools to ingest events and topology data.
(Optional) Create notifications to send messages or cards to operators in Microsoft Teams, who can cross-launch into BMC Helix AIOps directly from Microsoft Teams.
