Viewing records

You can view your records (such as tickets or CIs) and others for which you are authorized (such as contacts or services) from the Home page for each record type. Tickets are viewed on the main Home tab, contacts are viewed on the Address Book Home tab, and so on. To view a record, click View. To view the latest updates made to the record data by another user after you opened the record in View mode, click the Refresh button.
