Viewing new tickets
Incoming requests from customers are contained in tickets. Depending on how ticket tracking is configured for your work environment, tickets may have other names such as requests, incidents, change requests, and so on.
There are a few ways to find new tickets that are waiting for action:
- Filter the records listed in the grid on your Home page by Open status. For more information, see Filtering search results.
- Search for records with Open status using the Search fields at the top right corner of the application window. For more information, see Searching in FootPrints.
- Review email notifications received from customers submitting new requests.
