Viewing attachments - Mobile

You can view the details of files attached to tickets but not add or delete them.

To view attachments

  1. Open the ticket that has the attachment you want to view.
    The General section of the details page appears. If there are no attachments for the selected ticket, the Attachments section does not appear.
  2. Tap General > Attachments or swipe left to reach the Attachments page.
    A list of the attached files appears.
  3. Tap the attachment.
    The details of the attached file appear.
