Using FootPrints Mobile

The FootPrints Mobile module provides access to your tickets via your mobile device. You can view, update, and delete your tickets; create appointments; and link contacts to tickets. You cannot copy tickets from this interface.

You will have the same user permissions in the Mobile interface that you are assigned in the Web interface. Because of the display limitations of mobile devices versus full-size computers, you might want to familiarize yourself with what information can be seen and what cannot. The interface adjusts automatically to portrait or landscape views.

The Mobile interface is accessed via the same site as the Web interface but the URL is slightly different. For example, the URL for mobile access might be http://_serveraddress_/footprints/servicedesk/mobile/
