Selecting contacts for tickets - Mobile
If configured for your system, you can link contacts to your tickets.
To select a contact for a ticket
- Open the ticket where you want to link contacts.
- Tap General > Links or swipe left to reach the Links page.
- Tap Add Link.
A list of available contacts appears.
- To locate a particular contact, type search criteria in the Search for field and tap away from the field.
The list refreshes, showing only the contacts that match your criteria.
- Tap the contact that you want to link.
The Links page appears again, showing the selected contact in the list.
- Tap Save.
You are returned to the Mobile Home page.
