Entering time tracking information - Mobile


If you are authorized, you can add and edit time tracking information on your tickets.

To add time tracking information to a ticket

  1. Open the ticket where you want to work with the time tracking information.
  2. Tap General > Time Tracking or swipe left to reach the Time Tracking page.
  3. In the Comment field, type the information that you want to add, such as a description of a conversation related to the ticket or a task performed outside of the system.
  4. If configured for your system, you can pause and resume time tracking by tapping Time Tracking at the bottom of the page.
  5. To add a time entry, tap Add time entry and complete the fields.
    Depending on your system configuration, the Duration, Start and End time, and Comment fields may appear. 
  6. Tap Save.
    The ticket is saved and the ticket edit page appears.

To edit time tracking information on a ticket

  1. Open the ticket where you want to work with the time tracking information.
  2. Tap General > Time Tracking or swipe left to reach the Time Tracking page.
  3. Tap the entry that you want to update.
  4. Tap the field that you want to change and modify the settings as needed.
  5. Tap Done.
    The ticket is saved and the Time Tracking page appears.
