Editing subtask tickets
You can edit the subtask tickets for which you are authorized. Editing a subtask ticket does not affect the related subtasks and only affects the Master Ticket when you are closing the subtask.
To edit a subtask ticket
- Open the subtask ticket that you want to modify.
- Click Edit.
If the Edit button is not visible, you do not have editing rights for this subtask.
- Modify the fields as necessary and click Save.
Email notifications are sent to the selected parties, such as the assignees and the customer.
- If the subtask is closed, and there are no more active subtasks for the Master Ticket, the assignee of the Master Ticket is notified.
