Configuring linking between tickets and appointments
To configure linking between tickets and appointments, you must define at least one Date/Time field and add it to the item form where your users need to link to their tickets to calendars. You can create as many Date/Time fields as you need to manage the different dates and times that you want to track.
Common Date/Time fields are Due Date, Start Date, Follow-up Date, Work Scheduled, and so on.
