|Time-Based rules that do not change any field values do not cause the record to be updated|
A Time-Based business rule with any of the following actions does not cause updates to a record.
In this case, if a user is editing a ticket when a Time-Based rule is executed for any of the above actions, the user do not receive a message that the ticket has been updated.
|Search results are returned faster for users without View all Items permission|
For users that do not have the View all Items permission, there is a significant performance improvement during search. The search returns results up to five times faster than before.
Note: The administrator must publish the container to see this improvement.
|Refresh button is now available in the View mode of a record||The Refresh button is now available in View mode of a record. With this button, you can get updated information about a record with a single click in the current view instead of having to close and reopen the record.|

|Default value conditions for search are Equal to or Contains|
When you configure a saved search, the default criteria now is Equal to or Contains instead of Not equal to. The new default criteria are more commonly used and help you configure more efficient searches.

|Schedule to purge imports is now 14 days||The run details for imports are now purged after 14 days, which results in better performance and stability for scheduled imports.||NA|
|Broadcast messages are not displayed for closed records||Broadcast messages for closed tickets are no longer displayed. Eliminating these messages helps reduce clutter and prevent users from logging into tickets that are already resolved.||NA|
