12.1.04: Service Pack 4

Earlier, multiple forms had the Save and Close option, which required two clicks. Starting from FootPrints version 12.1.04, the Save and Close option is split into two buttons on the record toolbar:

• Save: Use this option to submit the current changes, and continue working on the record to make further changes.
• Submit: Use this option to save and close the form.

By default, the Use this advanced search in the list of data
sources for Service Analytics option is selected while creating a new report in Service Analytics.

If required, by clearing the Enable Incoming Email check box, the system administrators can now turn off incoming email processing.

For example, if you need to stop FootPrints from checking incoming emails during migration of all settings from one server to another or if an email issue arises that requires investigation, you can disable the incoming email processing.

The templates are displayed in alphabetical order, easing the process of scrolling through the list and selecting a template.

You can now configure the following email notification parameters:

• Sender Job Interval Between Retries
• Sender Job Maximum Number of Retries
• Sender Job Thread Pool Capacity
• Cleaning Job Run Frequency
