Moving tickets to other workspaces
You can move tickets to other workspaces for further action.
To move a ticket to another workspace
- On your Home page, select the ticket that you want to move and double-click the Ticket Number to open it.
- Click Actions > Move.
The Move to dialog box appears, showing the workspace and item from the original ticket. - In the Destination field, select the new workspace.
- In the Item field, select the appropriate item.
- Click OK.
A new ticket opens, showing the information from the original ticket in any fields that occur in both ticket forms. - (Optional) Modify the ticket as needed, using the information in Updating-tickets.
- Click Save and select a save option.
The new ticket is created in the destination workspace. The original ticket is no longer available in the original workspace.
