Viewing Global Tickets

When a Global Ticket is created, by default, a broadcast message is sent to all agents in the related workspace who are assigned to tickets linked to the Global Ticket. Authorized customers can view Global Tickets as well.

Global Tickets are identified in the record grid on your Home page by a "Yes" in the Global field.

To view Global Tickets

  1. To sort the list of tickets, click the Global heading
  2. To view a Global Ticket, select the Global Ticket in the list and click View.
  3. To view the latest updates made to the record data by another user after you opened the record in View mode, click the Refresh button.
