Viewing CI details
Agents who are authorized can view the details of any configuration item (CI) including those that have been linked to tickets.
To view the details of a CI, do any of the following:
- From the CMDB home page, select the CI that you want to view and click View.
- From any page, enter search criteria in the Search fields at the top right of the portal.
- From a ticket, select the CI in the list of linked CIs, and then click Open.
