Selecting contacts for tickets - Mobile

If configured for your system, you can link contacts to your tickets.

To select a contact for a ticket

  1. Open the ticket where you want to link contacts.
  2. Tap General > Links or swipe left to reach the Links page.
  3. Tap Add Link.
    A list of available contacts appears.
  4. To locate a particular contact, type search criteria in the Search for field and tap away from the field.
    The list refreshes, showing only the contacts that match your criteria.
  5. Tap the contact that you want to link.
    The Links page appears again, showing the selected contact in the list.
  6. Tap Save.
    You are returned to the Mobile Home page.
