You can indicate that service reviews have been carried out with customers and suppliers. You can review services manually or you can automate service reviews using business rules.
To enable service reviews
To indicate that you have carried out the service reviews with customers and suppliers, you can:
- Add the required supplier and date details in the Description field of the service
- Add a review date to the Date field provided by the administrator
Administrators can add specific fields as required by the business to show service review date and customer and supplier details.
