Outgoing email management

FootPrints supports email notification for both internal (agent and administrator) users and external (customer) users. Notification emails are passed directly to your SMTP mail server and can be configured at system level and per workspace.

Administrators can control email notifications using templates and rules. Different templates can be configured for internal users and customers along with the rules that define when each type of email is sent. Also, email notifications can be customized based on ticket status or priority.
