Customizing record grids
You can customize some parts of the record grids that appear at the bottom of the Home page, selecting which columns appear and filtering the contents. For more information about customizing other parts of your Home page, see the Related topics.
To customize a record grid, from your Home page, in the record grid, do any of the following:
- To sort the list of records by a particular field:
- To sort in an ascending order, click the column heading for that field.
- To sort by a descending order, click the heading again.
- To filter the list, click the arrow next to a heading and type the filter value in the Filter field.

Your settings are saved when you log out.
