Creating appointments from records
You can create appointments when creating or updating your tickets, CIs, contacts, solutions, services, contracts, and service level targets.
To create an appointment from records
- On the appropriate Home page, select a record from your list and click Edit.
- Click Actions > Create Appointment.
The Create Appointment page appears.
- Fill in the fields, using the information in Managing appointments.
- Click Save.
The new appointment is added to your calendar and linked to the ticket or CI.
