Creating appointments from records


You can create appointments when creating or updating your tickets, CIs, contacts, solutions, services, contracts, and service level targets.

To create an appointment from records

  1. On the appropriate Home page, select a record from your list and click Edit.
  2. Click Actions > Create Appointment.
    The Create Appointment page appears.
  3. Fill in the fields, using the information in Managing-appointments.
  4. Click Save.
    The new appointment is added to your calendar and linked to the ticket or CI.
