Configuring mobile access

There is no specific page for configuring the mobile interface for your users. Instead, you must:

  • Verify that any saved searches needed by your mobile users are set to Shared and that the Mobile option is selected under Publishing Options. For more information about saved searches, see Using Advanced Search and saving searches.
  • Enable the Mobile add-on module for the affected users. For more information, see Adding users.

You can also customize the Agent Mobile form to the extent of selecting fields to display. For more information, see Customizing Agent Mobile forms.
