Automating notifications and other actions
You can take advantage of the settings you have configured so far to automate many of the standard, repetitive actions that occur in a business environment. When you want to automate events that occur when a record moves from one state to another (such as moving from Open to In Progress status), configure rules in the related workflow process. When you want to automate other events, configure business rules.
