Assigning users to multiple workspaces

Users can belong to multiple workspaces and other containers. When you configure a user account, you select which containers the user can access and the access permissions for each. For example, you can assign an agent user to the Service Desk workspace with an Agent role and assign the same agent to the HR workspace with a Customer role, all from the Users page.
