Viewing tickets

The tickets that are assigned to you (and possibly your team) are listed on the Home page. You can view the list in several ways, sort the list by the column headings, and filter the list by clicking next to a heading and selecting an option from the menu that appears. To view the basic details of a ticket, select the ticket in the list and click Preview Pane. A pane opens at the bottom of the list, showing basic information such as title, description, priority, and so on.

To view an entire ticket, select the ticket in the list, click View to open View mode. To view the latest updates made to the record data by another user after you opened the record in View mode, click the Refresh button.

Only the last five entries are visible in the Description section. To expand the visible area, click .
