Viewing login attempts

You can view the users who have registered for password resets and how many failed login attempts they have made. When users reset their passwords successfully, the system sets the failed attempts count to back to 0.

To view registered users and logon attempts

1. Click the Administration tab.
2. In the System Management section, click System Settings > Password Reset.
   The Password Reset page appears.
3. Scroll down to the Registered Users section.
4. View the listed users to see who has registered, how many failed reset attempts they have made, and so on.
   If a user has tried to log in three times and failed, that user's account is listed in red .
