Logging in

Pop-ups must be allowed

Important: FootPrints will not work properly if your browser's pop-up blocker is enabled. To resolve this problem, configure your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups for just the FootPrints application.

To log in

  1. Use your web browser to go to the URL assigned to your FootPrints system.
    The FootPrints Login page appears. If your user role is authorized to create accounts, the Create a new account link appears below the Log in button.
  2. Enter your user name and password, and click Log in.
    The Home page appears and you are logged in to your assigned workspaces.

If you enter your name or password incorrectly, an error message appears. If you try again and are still unable to log in, contact your Administrator for assistance.
