Creating appointments - Mobile

You can create appointments in your FootPrints calendars, by going directly to the calendars or creating an appointment from within a ticket.

To create an appointment from a ticket

  1. Open the ticket where you want to create the appointment.
  2. Tap General > Appointments or swipe left to reach the Appointments page.
  3. Tap New Appointment.
    The New Appointment form appears.
  4. (Optional) Modify the Title.
  5. Select Starting and Ending dates and times:
    1. Tap the date/time that you want to change.
      The editing pane appears at the bottom of the page.
    2. Drag the entries to select the correct date and time.
      The current selections appear in the middle (blue) row. Minutes are only available in 15-minute increments.
    3. Tap Done.
  6. (Optional) Complete the following fields as desired:
    • Enter a description.
    • To invite other users, tap Add an invitee and then select the appropriate teams or users.
      You can also remove an invitee by tapping the red circle next to the user, and then tapping Delete.
    • To select a reminder setting, tap the Set Reminder field.

    • To send yourself email notification about this appointment, tap the check mark next to Email Me.

    • To synchronize appointments with Outlook, tap the check mark next to Sync with Outlook.

    • To send email notification to invitees, tap the check mark next to Email Invitees.

  7. Tap Done to save the appointment.
